George

I think the gay neighbors is a terrific idea. Getting to know each other better will enable us to embrace our differences, whether this be sexual or personal preferences, such as dining or gardening etc. I lived alone in a condominium for about 8-9 years in an urban area - and got to know a few neighbors, but I can say with certainty that there were several gay neighbors who I never met. Wow - if only there'd been more opportunities. I simply kept my life private, but openness as I have learned is far better.
as gay marriage becomes more prevalent in this country, i feel certain we'll see many more gay and lesbian couples, with their combined incomes and wedding bands, purchasing more and more real estate. i am hopeful that the neighborhoods into which they move will be ever more accepting, so we can all live in peace a bit more.
