New Hampshire - Dover, one of GayRealEstate USA's gayest zip-codes is home to a privately owned timeshare company, Sell My Time Share Now LLC, which reported a 37% increase in annual company revenue.

Founder and CEO, Jason Tremblay, feels that the current realty market may represent a challenge for many who wish to purchase a vacation home. However, for those considering alternatives to buying a vacation home, timeshare may be an option.

"In a tight economy many people are ready to sell timeshares, but at the same time, others see timeshare resales as an opportunity to enjoy quality vacations at affordable prices," said Tremblay. "In 2007, SellMyTimeshareNow.com presented its customers with just over $274 million in offers to buy or rent timeshare."

According to the American Resort Development Association, new timeshare sales increases annually and has done so for the last ten years by as much as 16% per annum.

Tremblay believes this is attributed to timeshares being a global product.

"The problems that have effected residential real estate have not been issues for the vacation ownership and timeshare resales market."

Have Your Say On the LGBT Political Front - August 19th 2007

In a national first, the Democrats are challenging the Republicans by staging a debate that is dedicated to the LGBT community and will answer many of the issues facing Lesbians, Gays, Bi-sexual's and the Transgendered across the nation.

The leading candidates for the Democratic  nomination for presidency will actively involve themselves in this debate on August the 9th, which is being telecast by LOGO, a gay cable network. Alternatively, you may view proceedings on http://www.logoonline.com/ if you are unable to access the network.

Participants in the debate will include Hilary Clinton, Barack Obama and John Edwards (pictured above), with the moderators being singer Melissa Etheridge and Joe Solmonese, Human Rights Campaign's president.
